- We have found that the key factors that affect the taste of tea beverages are brewing temperature and time. We prepared the recipe and brewing conditions for each flavor capsule, and distributed mobile phone data in the form of an anonymous questionnaire through tasting, and finally determined the optimal brewing parameters to guarantee the taste of the capsule.
