حول Ozz مصباح معلق

استُلهم تصميم هذا المصباح من قبعة الساحر، وسُمّي تيمناً بأحد أشهر السحرة، أوز. يعتمد تصميمه على فكرة استخدام الدائرة فقط كعنصر تصميمي، يتم تحويلها عبر تنويعات متموجة مختلفة لتحديد الشكل. وعلى الرغم من أن الظل الخارجي يبقى متسقاً نسبياً من زوايا الرؤية المختلفة، إلا أن المنحنيات المتغيّرة تؤثر بشكل خفيّ في طريقة تفاعل الشخص مع المصباح. فالتنقل حوله يخلق إحساساً بحركة شبيهة بالموج لدى المشاهد.

Ozz مصباح معلق هو فائز بجائزة A' Design Award الحديدية، وهي تقدير مرموق يُمنح للتصاميم الجيدة التي تلبّي المتطلبات المهنية والصناعية المنتظرة من الإبداعات حسنة التصميم. ويُظهر الفائزون بالحديدية مهارة كبيرة وتخصصًا عاليًا وفهمًا خبيرًا وقدرة إبداعية لدى صنّاعهم. ويُتوقع أن يكون Ozz مصباح معلق إبداعًا عالي التقدير ومحل إعجاب وحب، عمليًا ومبتكرًا. وهذا التصميم الفائز بجائزة A' Design Award الحديدية يدمج أفضل ممارسات القطاع، وله خصائص تقنية كفؤة ترتبط بالدراية والموهبة. ويحظى Ozz مصباح معلق بالاحترام لدقته، وقد صُمّم لتقديم تحسينات لجودة الحياة تساعد على جعل العالم مكانًا أفضل.

الخصائص الفريدة: This lamp’s form is defined by six curves based on the circle. The top and bottom circles are perfect circles, while the four in between ones are deformed and angled to create variation. Though the overall silhouette remains similar from different viewpoints, the shifting curves affect how the lamp interacts with ambient light across its’ surface.

تقنية الإنتاج: The lamp design was made digitally and for its’ plaster mold production a prototype was 3d printed. Along with the prototype, the container that was used in order to place the prototype in and create the plaster mold, was also 3d printed. For this product, a small table that the mold can rest on, with a hole and a valve installed on its’ underside was used, in order to achieve a smooth drain out of the porcelain slip. This was done, in order to achieve the cleanest possible cast from a heavy mold, with the least amount of post clean-up.
تحدي التصميم: Although the design and mold-making part proved to be straightforward, the biggest challenge arose during the firing of the porcelain. Finding the right temperature and firing programme for an object that has a large rim and irregular edges required a fair amount of tests.
البحث: After designing the project and before jumping into its’ production, a prototype vessel was 3d printed in order to verify that an object with helical symmetry is in balance when suspended.
الإلهام: This lamp design draws inspiration from the form of a wizard’s hat; specifically, a tightly cropped interpretation that omits the brim and crown, leaving only the essence of its conical silhouette.
مدة المشروع: The product was designed in early 2025 and production started in the summer of 2025. The entire process took place in Istanbul, Turkey.
سير العمل: The lamp’s size and opening allow for it to be used as the main form of illumination in a space. Its’ sharp wavy edges create a sense of motion, while its’ smooth but also angular form allow it to blend into many space with different interior styles.
