"Toolless" خزانة تلفاز مصمَّمة للتجميع دون الحاجة إلى أدوات. تُركَّب وصلات الربط مسبقًا داخل الألواح أثناء الإنتاج، بحيث يكفي الضغط على الألواح أو إدخالها بالانزلاق بعضها في بعض. تعمل هذه الوصلات بمبدأ التشوّه المرن وتتيح الفك وإعادة التجميع مرارًا، ما يطيل العمر التشغيلي للخزانة. تُعبَّأ الألواح وفق ترتيب التجميع، كما تُظهر الألواح ثنائية اللون الجانب الداخلي والخارجي بوضوح. تستغرق عملية التجميع نحو عشر دقائق. تبلغ أبعاد الخزانة 1400 × 395 × 450 مليمترًا، وتُشحن مسطّحة ضمن عبوة مسطحة.

- Traditional panel furniture assembly often involves dealing with unlabeled panels, numerous screws, and complex instructions, all of which can make the task time-consuming for many people.
The connector eliminates the need for tools, and "Toolless" panels are packaged in the sequence of assembly, ensuring that users can assemble their furniture in about 10 minutes. - الأبعاد والتغليف

- TOOLLESS cabinets use connectors that pre-insert panels at the production stage, allowing users to simply press or slide panels together to complete assembly. This connector uses the principle of elastic deformation and can be repeatedly disassembled and reassembled, thereby extending the service life of the furniture. This feature makes it suitable for repositioning or correcting assembly errors. In addition, TOOLLESS uses sequential packaging and combines a logical modular assembly process to greatly improve the user experience.

Through the repeated study of our structure, we have solved its stability problem.

- The installation of traditional panel furniture is more complicated, and professionals are required to arrange packaging without error. Our TOOLLESS cabinet brings the most simple and understandable packaging to users, so that our cabinets can be reused many times. The key technology is its connector, in our research, we tried many new materials and new processes, and finally selected plastic connector, the structure is strong, stable, low-cost, and it is reusable.
