"كازا دي مار" هو مسكن لأسرة واحدة يقع في الجزء الشمالي من مدينة ميريدا بولاية يوكاتان. يربط التصميم بين العمارة والطبيعة من خلال دمج الفضاءات الداخلية والخارجية، بحيث يمكن رؤية الحدائق والاستفادة منها من داخل المنزل. تحيط كتلة مركزية على شكل حصان بمسبح يعمل على تلطيف الهواء عبر تبخّر الماء ويدعم التهوية الطبيعية. وقد تم اختيار الحجر والخشب المحليين لمتانتهما وقلة احتياجهما للصيانة وتناغمهما مع طابع المنطقة. كما تفصل مداخل مستقلة بين المناطق الاجتماعية والخاصة لضمان الخصوصية والراحة.

- Casa de Mar is a single-family residence located in the northern part of the city of Mérida, Yucatán. The central concept on which this project is based is the symbiotic relationship between architecture and the surrounding nature. The goal is to create interconnected spaces that allow for the enjoyment of the tranquility of the gardens, while taking advantage of the benefits of natural ventilation and lighting.

The program included distinct social and private areas with separate entrances, ensuring privacy and comfort. Local materials like stone and wood were chosen for durability, low maintenance, and integration with the environment.
