حول Beiguan Li مجمع مجتمعي تجاري
"بيغوان لي" هو مجتمع حضري ثقافي وتجاري صغير شُيّد في مدينة تسيتسيهار بالصين. يمتد الموقع على مساحة 10,000 متر مربع ويقع على مقربة من شارع بوكوي الشمالي والبحيرة المجاورة. تتداخل عدة مبانٍ منفردة وتندمج معًا لتشكّل مجموعة واحدة مختلطة ومنفتحة ونفّاذة. ويولّد المخطط العام العديد من الفراغات المستقلة نسبيًا التي تتصل وتتدفق إحداها في الأخرى، بحيث يمكن للزوار التوقف والمشاركة في الأنشطة المحلية. ويشتمل المشروع على حديقة مصطبة مطلة على البحيرة، وساحة خارجية، وأفنية داخلية متعددة المستويات. أما التدرج اللوني فهو رمادي بارد وبسيط، مع ضوء النهار الذي يضفي إشراقًا على الفراغات.
