حول Kaisa Yuebanshan مركز مجتمعي
"كايسا يوي بان شان" هو مركز مجتمعي يقع في مدينة تشونغشان بالصين. يمتد المبنى على مساحة 2100 متر مربع ويتوزع على طابقين، حيث تربط كتلة معمارية من ثلاثة طوابق بين مصطبتين يفصل بينهما فارق ارتفاع يبلغ نحو أربعة أمتار. يستلهم التصميم عمارة لينغنان المحلية، بما في ذلك الأفنية الداخلية والجدران المنحنية. وتتكرر الجدران البيضاء ذات الشكل القوسي لتمنح الواجهة مظهرًا ناعمًا وإيقاعيًا. ويسهم بحر إنشائي يمتد 12 مترًا وكابولي بطول 5 أمتار في الحفاظ على انفتاح الفراغات الداخلية. أما المساحات العامة في كلا الطابقين فتلبي احتياجات الحياة اليومية وتؤطر إطلالات الجبال في الجهتين الشمالية والجنوبية.

- The designers modernized the combination of the traditional Sishuiguitang patio space with the traditional elements of the Lingnan arc-shaped wok and translated it into the building to create the main shape element of the facade-the arc-shaped wall.
