حول The Z Shaped Creation مبنى سكني
"الإبداع على شكل حرف Z" هو مبنى سكني مناخي حيوي يقع في فاسولا بقبرص. يحدد الشكل الأبيض على هيئة حرف Z مورفولوجية المبنى، حيث تُنظَّم الفراغات الداخلية ككتل موضوعة داخل تجاويف هذا الشكل الأبيض. يتبع التصميم أشكالاً هندسية بسيطة وفق نهج تقليلي، مع الخرسانة المكشوفة والأسطح الخشبية الواسعة واللون الأبيض المحايد. يمتد المنزل على مساحة 230 متراً مربعاً موزعة على ثلاثة مستويات: طابق سفلي وطابقين فوقه. وقد غُرس الطابق السفلي في المنحدر الطبيعي، ويضم مواقف السيارات، وشُيّد ببناء حجري.

- الخصائص الفريدة
- A bioclimatic house in Fasoula, where the creation of a white Z shaped form, characterizes the morphology of the building. The spaces were translated in volumes which created a composition that was placed into the cavities of this white form. The design is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalistic trends, which led to the use of exposed concrete, large wooden surfaces and the use of the neutral white color.

- The inspiration that triggered the design of this bioclimatic solar house in Fasoula, Cyprus, was the will to create a white Z shaped form, that was going to characterize the morphology of the building.

- The design started in 2017, and the construction in 2019. The project was completed in 2020.

- A minimalistic three-level house, placed in a slope, with the parking spaces made in the earth, as a basement. This was built with stone masonry, willing to highlight the relationship between the building and the environment and to create a solid morphological base for the development of the design, which is moved by simple geometries touching the modern minimalist trends.
