"بالوستريد" (الدرابزين) كرسي مصمم للراحة القصيرة والمؤقتة. استُلهم التصميم من السلوكيات اللاواعية، مثل الاتكاء على طاولة أو الاستناد إلى درابزين. يوفّر "بالوستريد" وضعيتَي جلوس؛ الأولى هي الجلوس مباشرةً على السطح العلوي كما في أي كرسي، والثانية وضعية اتكاء تشبه الاستناد إلى حاجز. الشكل بسيط، والغاية منه الاستخدام الوجيز لا الراحة المطوّلة. ويمكن تركيب عدة وحدات فوق بعضها البعض لتقليل حجم النقل. تبلغ أبعاد الكرسي 620 × 385 × 720 مليمترًا.

- Balustrade Chair, an unconventional product, is different from the traditional chair and stool. It is designed for a temporary situation. Therefore, designers used a simpler way to realize this thought, while not put much attention on comfort level. In addition, the transport volume can be reduced by overlapping

- Balustrade Chair is a new way of sitting that designers propose to distinguish between chair and stool. Designers of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University believe that the random demand, generated by the masses, is extremely valuable. Most of the demand is generated based on the spontaneous state, which is temporary and random. This randomness creates demands that greatly broaden the definition of many original products.

- The social point of view. It challenges the public's understanding of traditional seats. The using time of this chair is less than 30 minutes, and its main purpose is to rest temporarily.

- Through observations and interviews, designers of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University find that the public have other needs and solutions for the "sitting" behavior. After deeply observing the behavior of street people, collecting pictures and analyzing, the pictures puts forward the following suggestions:
1. New form of sitting posture. It's different from sitting completely down and resting. Solve the problem of temporary rest (about 8 minutes of chatting), but it is not a state of complete rest.
2. Activities designed with the theme of "Street Observation Perspective". Designers chose the public to sit on the roadside railings to design this product. - الإلهام
