ጂአርኤንዲ ኮፊ (GRND Coffee) በ30 ካሬ ሜትር ስፋት ውስጥ የተነደፈ የካፌ ውስጠ-ንድፍ ነው። አሮጌው ሕንፃ ደካማ የመከፋፈያ ግድግዳዎች ስላሉት፣ እንደ መከለያ ሆኖ የሚያገለግል የተለየ የብረት አወቃቀር ተጨምሯል። መከለያው በሄሪንግቦን ንድፍ በኦክ እንጨትና በናስ አካፋዮች ተጠናቋል። የናስ ማራራቂያዎች ንድፉን በተወለወለው የተራዞ ወለል ላይ ይደግማሉ። የእብነ በረድ ገጽታዎችና የተወለወሉ የናስ ማስገቢያዎች ከኢንዱስትሪያዊ አካላት ጋር ተጣምረዋል። ከመደበኛ ጠረጴዛዎችና ወንበሮች ይልቅ፣ በአንድ ግድግዳ ላይ የተነጠፉ ወንበሮች ረድፍ ተዘርግቷል። ትንንሽ ቀላል ክብደት ያላቸው ጠረጴዛዎች እያንዳንዱን እንግዳ ለማስማማት ሊንቀሳቀሱ ይችላሉ።

- In order to separate the cafe from the old building weak wall structure, we created a separate steel structure works as an envelope finished with oak wood in a herringbone pattern with brass dividers, echoed by brass spacers in the polished terrazzo floor. To maximize the 30 square metre space, rather than tables and chairs, we provided a row of upholstered benches along one wall accompanied by small, lightweight tables that can be easily moved to suit patrons’ needs.
