Finally, through continuous refinement of the 3D model and sample verification, this striped trash can was designed.
ምርምር: Market research has found that most similar products remain at the stage of undesigned smooth surface treatment, which is prone to deformation during transportation. Moreover, they are homogenized and lack a sense of design. We have innovatively adopted 0.8mm thickened cold-rolled steel plates. Through a precise rolling process, the stripes present a three-dimensional drop of 10mm, which not only enhances the compressive resistance but also improves the product's aesthetic appeal.
መነሳሻ: Traditional metal trash cans usually dent and deform due to impact during transportation. The load-bearing structure in buildings inspires us to transform functional reinforcing ribs into decorative stripes. Each concave and convex vertical pattern is not only the "skeleton" of the barrel, supporting the stability of the product, but also creating a sense of rhythm through the refraction of light and shadow.
