Cl7A በሲንጋፖር የሚገኝ የግርጌ ደረጃ የንግድ-መኖሪያ ህንፃ (ሾፕሃውስ) አፓርታማ የመኖሪያ ውስጣዊ ንድፍ ነው። 978 ካሬ ጫማ ስፋት ያለው ይህ መኖሪያ ቤት ሁለት መኝታ ክፍሎችን፣ ሁለት መታጠቢያ ቤቶችን እና ወደ መኖሪያና መመገቢያ ክፍሎች የሚዘልቅ ክፍት ንድፍ ያለው ወጥ ቤት ይዟል። የመጀመሪያውን የሾፕሃውስ ክፍል ልዩ መገለጫ አድርጎ የቆየው ጣራ ከወጣ የእንጨት ደገፎች ጋር ተጠብቆ ቆይቷል። የተጠረገ ኮንክሪት ወለል፣ ሞቅ ያለ እንጨት እና ግራናይት ጥልቀትና ንፅፅር ይጨምራሉ። ጠንካራ የስነ-ህንፃ መስመሮች በለሰለሱ መጋረጃዎችና በተመረጡ የስነ-ጥበብ ስራዎች ተመጣጥነው ቀርበዋል። አሮጌው ክፍል እንደገና ተስተካክሎ ተጠግኗል፣ በተጨማሪም ዘመናዊ ምቾት ተጨምሮበታል።
