ፌንክ ሉፕፍሌክስ ለስፖርት ልብስ፣ ለመዝናኛ ልብስ እና ለውስጥ ልብስ የተዘጋጀ ስፓንዴክስ የሌለው የመለጠጥ ጨርቅ ነው። ጨርቁ ከፖሊየስተር ብቻ የተሠራ ነጠላ ቁሳቁስ በመሆኑ ከጨርቅ ወደ ጨርቅ እንደገና ጥቅም ላይ ማዋል የሚቻል ሲሆን ብክነትም ይቀንሳል። ምርቱ የሚጀምረው በተርሞፕላስቲክ ፖሊየስተር ኤላስቶመር ቺፖች ሲሆን እነዚህም ከሟሟያ ነፃ በሆነ የማቅለጥ ማውጣት ሂደት ወደ ላስቲካዊ ክር ይቀየራሉ። ክሩ ከመደበኛ የፖሊየስተር ፋይበሮች ጋር ቀድሞ በተዘጋጁ ውጥረቶች የሚሸመን ሲሆን ይህም ምቾትንና ድጋፍን በማመጣጠን ከስፓንዴክስ ቅልቅሎች ከሁለት እስከ ሦስት እጥፍ የበለጠ የመለጠጥ ኃይል ይሰጣል።

Unlike polyester-spandex blends, it enables textile-to-textile recycling, reducing waste and environmental impact. With 2-3 times higher power stretch, its revolutionary polyester elastomer and advanced knitting technology ensure comfort and support, redefining stretch fabrics for a greener future.

የማምረቻ ቴክኖሎጂ: It starts with TPEE chips, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, which undergoes a solvent-free melt extrusion process to produce high-performance polyester elastomer. The yarn is then knitted with regular polyester filaments into a mono-material polyester base stretch fabric using advanced textile engineering. This process incorporates an intricate inner structure and pre-programmed tensions ensures a balance of comfort and support, delivering optimal benefits in motion or at rest.
የዲዛይን ተግዳሮት: The biggest challenge was replacing spandex while maintaining high stretch and recovery. We engineered a recyclable polyester-based mono-material fabric with the same elasticity. Achieving the right balance of performance, comfort, and sustainability required advanced material knowledge, precision knitting, and adjustments to dyeing and finishing processes. By overcoming production limitations, this innovation improves recyclability and contributes to a greener textile industry.
ምርምር: Using material science and solvent-free melt extrusion, our polyester elastic yarn is produced with a lower carbon emission process and fewer chemicals than traditional spandex production. Through advanced knitting and fabric engineering, we have developed stretch fabric with preprogrammed tension, improving performance while supporting a circular economy in the textile industry.
መነሳሻ: Driven by the growing demand for sustainable materials and the rapid expansion of the sports and leisure wear market, FENC LoopFlex Fabric was developed to tackle the recycling challenges of spandex blended textiles. By reimagining stretch fabrics, advancements in material science were applied to create a high-stretch, fully recyclable fabric that adapts to life while minimizing environmental impact.
