A|S ማንኛውም የዘር ብሄር፣ ሃይማኖት ወይም ማህበራዊ ደረጃ ያላቸውን ሴቶች ማብቃት በሚለው ፍላጎት ተነሳሽቶ እንደ መግለጫና የድርጊት ጥሪ የሚያገለግል ዓመታዊ የድርጅት ስጦታ ለመንደፍ ወሰነ። ባህላዊ የግሪክ መጠጥ የሆነ ክሬታን ጺኩዲያ፣ የተለያዩ ሴቶችን ለማመላከት የተቀረጹ ጠርሙሶችን ሞላ፤ እያንዳንዳቸው በጥንታዊ ሳይክላዲክ ምስሎች አነሳሽነት የተነደፈ ለመዝጊያ ልዩ የሸክላ ፊት ያላቸው። እነዚህ ጠርሙሶች ነጻነት፣ ለውጥ፣ እኩልነት፣ ፍትህ፣ ትምህርት፣ ምርጫ እና ጥንካሬ የሚሉትን ጭብጦች አስተላልፈዋል። እያንዳንዱ ጠርሙስ ጥበባዊ የግራፊክ ምስሎችና የግድግዳ ፖስተር ጋር በተለየ ሳጥን ውስጥ ተቀምጧል።

AS Women Empowerement የድርጅት ስጦታ የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማት አሸናፊ ነው፤ ይህም በጥሩ ሁኔታ ከተነደፉ ፈጠራዎች የሚጠበቁትን ሙያዊና ኢንዱስትሪያዊ መስፈርቶች ለሚያሟሉ ጥሩ ዲዛይኖች የሚሰጥ ከፍተኛ ክብር ያለው እውቅና ነው። የብረት አሸናፊዎች የፈጣሪዎቻቸውን ታላቅ ችሎታ፣ ከፍተኛ ልዩ ሙያ፣ የባለሙያ ግንዛቤ እና የፈጠራ አቅም ያሳያሉ። AS Women Empowerement የድርጅት ስጦታ ከፍ ያለ ግምት የሚሰጠው፣ የሚደነቅና የሚወደድ፣ ተግባራዊና ፈጠራ የተሞላበት ሥራ እንደሚሆን ይጠበቃል። ይህ የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማትን ያሸነፈ ዲዛይን የኢንዱስትሪ ምርጥ ልምዶችን ያዋህዳል፤ ከእውቀትና ከተሰጥኦ ጋር የተሳሰሩ ብቁ ቴክኒካዊ ባህሪያትም አሉት። AS Women Empowerement የድርጅት ስጦታ በጥልቅነቱ የተከበረ ሲሆን ዓለምን የተሻለ ቦታ ለማድረግ የሚረዱ የሕይወት ጥራት ማሻሻያዎችን ለማቅረብ የተነደፈ ነው።

- ልዩ ባህሪያት
- Cretan tsikoudia, a traditional Greek drink filled bottles shaped to symbolize, different woman, adorned with distinct clay faces, embodying the themes of Freedom, Change, Equality, Justice, Education, Choice, and Strength. Each bottle was placed in a dedicated box with artistic graphic representations and a wall poster. The back of each box displayed over 2000 female names, uniting women worldwide in solidarity.

- Instead of a just pleasing, beautiful or clever corporate gift, this year the challenge was to design and create a gift with a message. One that would motivate the agency’s clients to reflect or/and act in favour of the women empowerment movement.

- Even today women undergo abuse regardless of ethnicity, religion or social status.
Empowering women may include, among other things, education, awareness, promoting women’s viewpoints, with the aim to result in equality and freedom. Women empowerment is one of the most significant topics today. - መነሳሻ
- Inspired by the need to empower women of any ethnicity, religion or social status as a protest to the abuse they’ve been undergone even today, A.S. Strategy, Branding & Communication decided to design an annual corporate gift which was a statement and a call to action.
