ስለ Living in the Clouds የመኖሪያ አፓርትመንት የውስጥ ንድፍ

በደመናዎች ውስጥ መኖር በታይዋን፣ ኒው ታይፔ ከተማ በ32ኛ ደረጃ ላይ የሚገኝ የፔንትሃውስ አፓርትመንት የውስጥ ንድፍ ነው። ይህ 300 ካሬ ሜትር ስፋት ያለው መኖሪያ ብዙ ጊዜ በጭጋግ የተከበበ ሲሆን፣ ንድፉ ይህንን አካባቢያዊ ሁኔታ በማንፀባረቅ ሰላማዊና የተረጋጋ ስሜት የሚፈጥሩ ሀብታም የመሬት ቀለማትን (earth tones) ተጠቅሟል። ድንጋይ፣ እንጨትና ብረት በጥምረት በመጠቀም ጥልቀትና የተፈጥሮ ንባብ ለቦታው ተጨምሯል። ሙቅ ግራጫ ቀለም ያላቸው የቤት ዕቃዎችና የመብራት አካላት ደግሞ ዘመናዊ መልክ ይሰጡታል። የህዝብ አካባቢው የመኖሪያ ክፍሉን፣ የደሴት ቅርፅ ያለውን ኩሽናና የመመገቢያ ክፍልን የሚያገናኝ ሲሆን፣ ሦስት የመኝታ ክፍሎች ደግሞ ሰፋፊ መስኮቶች ኖሯቸው ወደ ከተማው ትዕይንት የሚገጠሙ ናቸው።

Living in the Clouds የመኖሪያ አፓርትመንት የውስጥ ንድፍ የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማት አሸናፊ ነው፤ ይህም በጥሩ ሁኔታ ከተነደፉ ፈጠራዎች የሚጠበቁትን ሙያዊና ኢንዱስትሪያዊ መስፈርቶች ለሚያሟሉ ጥሩ ዲዛይኖች የሚሰጥ ከፍተኛ ክብር ያለው እውቅና ነው። የብረት አሸናፊዎች የፈጣሪዎቻቸውን ታላቅ ችሎታ፣ ከፍተኛ ልዩ ሙያ፣ የባለሙያ ግንዛቤ እና የፈጠራ አቅም ያሳያሉ። Living in the Clouds የመኖሪያ አፓርትመንት የውስጥ ንድፍ ከፍ ያለ ግምት የሚሰጠው፣ የሚደነቅና የሚወደድ፣ ተግባራዊና ፈጠራ የተሞላበት ሥራ እንደሚሆን ይጠበቃል። ይህ የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማትን ያሸነፈ ዲዛይን የኢንዱስትሪ ምርጥ ልምዶችን ያዋህዳል፤ ከእውቀትና ከተሰጥኦ ጋር የተሳሰሩ ብቁ ቴክኒካዊ ባህሪያትም አሉት። Living in the Clouds የመኖሪያ አፓርትመንት የውስጥ ንድፍ በጥልቅነቱ የተከበረ ሲሆን ዓለምን የተሻለ ቦታ ለማድረግ የሚረዱ የሕይወት ጥራት ማሻሻያዎችን ለማቅረብ የተነደፈ ነው።

ልዩ ባህሪያት: The penthouse apartment is situated on level 32 overlooking Taipei city. The custom floor plan has a well thought out approach that encompasses daily living for one individual or an entire family, whilst allowing for the flexibility to entertain an intimate gathering or transformed for a large soiree. The earth-toned space is a primary theme throughout, with subtle changes to depth and the natural texture of stone, wood and metal stack the thickness of the field, which form a natural and vivid modern scenery. The warm grey-tone furniture and lighting fixtures gives a timeless and contemporary look and feel.

የማምረቻ ቴክኖሎጂ: Rose gold titanium ion coated stainless steel frame mounting glass were selected for partition material in study and several sliding doors to create luxurious look and uniqueness in the space. Smart home lighting and control system was adopted for better connectivity and enhanced living experience.
የዲዛይን ተግዳሮት: As it was a roughcast apartment ,the most challenging aspect of this project was initial space planning and fundamental works. The project scope including joinery detailing, carpentry, coordinating electrical and mechanical services for lighting and ventilation outlets, air conditioning, painting, a new kitchen and bathroom appliances installations, furniture selection and soft furnishings throughout.
ምርምር: There were many challenging aspects on both the design and interior construction. The consultant team cooperated successfully with the builders and craftsmen to achieve the aesthetics from the original concept while maintaining practical functionality.
መነሳሻ: This luxurious penthouse apartment is situated in an elevated position of New Taipei City, Taiwan and overlooking the city. The location is often surrounded by fog, a dream-like state like living in the clouds. Inspired by this nature phenomenon, this design is takes inspiration from the rich and elegant earth tones, creating a noble and stable atmosphere. A thoughtful selection of colors and shades creates a unique spatial tension. The ingenious mix and match of different textures further stimulates the harmony of Zen. Living in this peaceful home is like meditating in the mountain that brings people stillness and relaxation in the midst of the obstacles in life.
የፕሮጀክት ጊዜ: The project started in February and finished in July, 2021 in New Taipei City, Taiwan .
የሥራ ሂደት: The public area is an open space including the living room, open-plan island kitchen and dining area. The Living room has large windows overlooking a vast and striking cityscape of Taipei. Entering the private area - the large master bedroom suite is situated at the rear of the apartment, with a glass door opening into a private and luxurious bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms with ensuite adjacent to the master bedroom. Every bedroom has large windows overlooking the city and providing ample nature light.
