የመጽሐፍ ጽሑፍ፡ ብራድኮ በፖርቱጋል ካስቴሎ ደ ፓይቫ ውስጥ ለሰዓት ማሰሪያዎችና ለቅንጦት የቆዳ ውጤቶች ማምረቻ ተብሎ የተነደፈ የኢንዱስትሪ ህንፃ ነው። ፋብሪካው በተፈጥሮ ብርሃን ዙሪያ ታቅዶ የተዘጋጀ ነው። የማምረቻ ቦታው ለሠራተኞቹ ብሩህ ሆኖ እንዲቆይ በጣሪያው ላይ በርካታ የሰማይ መስኮቶች ተቀምጠዋል። ህንፃውን ከአካባቢው ጋር ለማስተሳሰር ከክልሉ የተገኘ ድንጋይ ከመስታወትና ከብረት ጋር በውጫዊ ገጽታው ላይ ውሏል። ሰፋፊ የመስታወት ክፍሎች በውስጠኛው ክፍልና በዙሪያው ባለው መልክዓ ምድር መካከል ግልጽነትን ይፈጥራሉ። ፕሮጀክቱ ከ2019 እስከ 2020 ተካሂዷል።

- The objective of this industry was to create a methodology that would provide greater relevance within the building: light. Several skylights were designed on the factory roof so that the interior would convey a better state of mind to the employees. Stone from the region was used abroad to link the building to the territory where it belongs.

- Bradco was a huge creative challenge for EM Paralelo. It was a very attractive architectural project due to its industrial characteristics and for being able to combine a factory in such a beautiful landscape. Representing Bradco in Portugal was a source of pride. Being able to contribute to the growth of the factory and the number of jobs was very challenging.

- Bradco industry is an industrial unit in Castelo de Paiva.
