ሌክቪል ሬጀንሲ ሬዚደንስ በቻይና ሻንጋይ ከተማ መሃል የሚገኝ የግል መኖሪያ ቤት ነው። የውስጥ ክፍሉ በዘመናዊ ቅኝ ገዥ (ኮሎኒያል) ዘይቤ የተነደፈ ነው። ጥቁርና ነጭ ቀለማት በመላው ቦታው ላይ በንፅፅር ገዝፈው ይታያሉ። ጥቅም ላይ የዋሉ ቁሳቁሶች ወደ ትናንሽ ጡቦች የተቆረጠ ቴራዞ፣ የተሸመነ ሸካራነት ያለው ወረቀት፣ እንዲሁም የሩቅ ምስራቅ የስነ-ህንፃ ዝርዝር ያላቸው መከለያዎችን (ሸተር) ያካትታሉ። የመቀመጫ ክፍሉ ቀላልነትን የተላበሱ ደሴት-መሰል ንድፎችንና የተንጠለጠለ የእሳት ምድጃ ይዟል። እንደ የተደበቁ በሮችና የሶኬት ፓነሎች ያሉ ዝርዝሮች በአነስተኛ (ሚኒማል) አቀራረብ ተስተናግደው፣ የቦታውን ድባብ ሳያውኩ ተግባራዊነታቸውን እንዲጠብቁ ተደርገዋል። መኖሪያ ቤቱ በጠቅላላው 280 ካሬ ሜትር ስፋት ይሸፍናል።

After thinking, the design uses black and white as a contrast, the materials use small brick terrazzo, woven texture paper, and shutters with Far Eastern architectural style, showing a strong oriental flavor and colonialism.
