የተራራ ሊክሲያ ህንፃ ተብሎ የተሰየመው ይህ ስራ በጂናን ከተማ የተፈጠረ የቢሮ ውስጣዊ ንድፍ ነው። ቦታው ከቡድን ዋና መስሪያ ቤት እና ከንዑስ ድርጅቶቹ የተውጣጡ ወደ 400 የሚጠጉ ሰዎችን ያገለግላል። ዘጠኝ ወለሎች ክፍት የስራ ቦታዎችን፣ መካከለኛ እና ትልልቅ የስብሰባ ክፍሎችን፣ የመቀበያ አዳራሽ እና የኤግዚቢሽን አዳራሽ ይይዛሉ። ተጨማሪ ሶስት ወለሎች የንባብ ክፍል፣ የማሰላሰያ እና መዝናኛ ቦታ እንዲሁም ባለብዙ-ተግባር ቦታ ይይዛሉ። እንጨት፣ ተክሎች፣ ሰፋፊ የአርቲፊሻል ድንጋይ ቦታዎች እና የብረት መስመሮች በተራሮች እና ወንዞች ቀለም ስዕሎች ተነሳስቶ የተረጋጋ ውስጣዊ ገጽታን ይቀርፃሉ። የማህበረሰብ ቦታዎች ምቹ የስራ አካባቢን ይደግፋሉ።

- The purpose of the design of Olympic Finance Center Block B is to create a new landmark office space for the Group.
It is based on the ink paintings without color of rivers and cities, mountains and water, and amounts of mountains and hills, to show the oriental art and aesthetics, and deeply experience the convergence of Oriental humanities in the mysterious and illusory space of concretization. - ልኬቶች እና ማሸጊያ
- A compatible with old and new city with mountains as its shape, rivers as muscles and bones, and springs as soul, blooms its color and life. It not only maintains the original flavor, but integrates into the modern wheel of the Era. - The interaction of large-area artificial stone, metal line and green in space design with artificial stone as the medium, it sets up an interesting environmental dialogue in the lobby, which makes expression and interaction between lines, materials and colors in serious space. The contrast between light and dark and between virtual and real enriches the artistic atmosphere of space and highlights the artistic phenomenon of ecology and future mission.

By using of wood, plants and other ecological materials, it creates an open, warm, humanized and international indoor, and designs a large number of community spaces far beyond the traditional office, creating a delicate and comfortable working environment.

- In order to meet the current design trend and the owner's demand for quality, reading room, meditation and leisure area and multi-function area occupy three floors. The open office space, medium and large conference rooms, reception and enterprise exhibition hall, which accommodate about 400 people from the group headquarters and subsidiaries, occupy nine floors of the office area.
