ኔይበርስ ሳይንስ ሲቲ ኤልኤን ሬዚደንስ በቻይና ጓንግዡ ከተማ ውስጥ በሚገኝ የሳይንስ ፓርክ ውስጥ የሚገኝ የአገልግሎት አፓርታማ የውስጥ ንድፍ ነው። ሬዚደንሱ ከ64 እስከ 140 ካሬ ሜትር ስፋት ያላቸው ባለ አንድ፣ ሁለት ወይም ሶስት ክፍሎች ከሳሎን ጋር ያሏቸው ክፍሎችን ያቀርባል። ካሬ ሳጥኖች የከተማ ጎረቤታዊ ግንኙነትን እንደገና ለመቅረጽ እና የጋራ ቦታዎችን ለመፍጠር እንደ ንድፍ አካል ጥቅም ላይ ውለዋል። ተመሳሳዩ ሀሳብ በሎቢ ባር፣ በምግብ ቤት፣ በጂም እና በብዙ ተግባር የስብሰባ ክፍል ውስጥ ይቀጥላል። አዲስ ቴራዞ ያለ ስፌት ለሚሰጠው ማጠናቀቂያ እና ነጻ የቀለም ማዛመድ ተግባራዊ ተደርጓል። ንድፉ ለወጣት ነዋሪዎች ሞቅ ያለ እና ማህበራዊ አካባቢን ለማቅረብ ያለመ ነው።

It is located in Guangzhou modern science park, Guangdong Province, China, where is the central area of the development strategy in the east of Guangzhou and the demonstration base for the development of high-tech industries. The Residence inherits Lingnan's hospitality, it has not only the warm living of cutting-edge fashion, but also the star quality service of LN Hospitality. There are one room and one living room, two rooms and one living room, three rooms and one living room in the residence, 64-140㎡ in every room, and perfect functional zoning, rational use of every inch of space.

- In the design of suitable material, according to the project positioning at first, LN Residence is the Youth Apartment Hotel of LN Hospitality. Facing more young guests, thus it needs more young and new elements in material, combined with a warm atmosphere. The new terrazzo is the first choice in recent years, which has the advantage of cost, seamless mark, arbitrary color matching and beautiful.
