ስለ Ormankoy Community Centre የማህበረሰብ ማዕከል
ኦርማንኮይ የማህበረሰብ ማዕከል በቱርክ ኢስታንቡል ውስጥ የሚገኝ የህዝብ ሕንፃ ነው። የእንጨት ሽፋን የማህበረሰብ ማዕከሉን ባህሪ የሚገልጽ ሲሆን፣ ሰፊ የመስታወት ግድግዳዎች የውስጥ ክፍሎቹን በዙሪያው ወዳለው ደን ይከፍታሉ። የብረት ፍሬም መዋቅር ልዩ ቅርጹን የሚፈጥር ሲሆን ከመዋኛ ገንዳው ቦታ በላይ ከ18 ሜትር በላይ በሚዘረጉ የኮንክሪት ጨረሮች ላይ ያርፋል። በተለያዩ ደረጃዎች ላይ የሚገኙ ሁለት ባዮሎጂካል ኩሬዎች 4000 ካሬ ሜትር የሚሸፍኑ ሲሆን፣ የዱር እንስሳትንና የቤት እንስሳትን ለመጠበቅ ጠንካራ ኬሚካሎች ጥቅም ላይ አልዋሉም። የእንጨት ሽፋኑ እንደ ደኑ ወቅቶች በጊዜ ሂደት ቀለሙንና ገጽታውን እንደሚቀይር ይጠበቃል።

Ormankoy Community Centre የማህበረሰብ ማዕከል የA' Design Award የፕላቲኒየም ሽልማት አሸናፊ ነው፤ ይህም በእውነት ልዩ፣ ውብ እና ግርማ ሞገስ ላላቸው ዲዛይኖች የሚሰጥ እጅግ ከፍተኛ ክብር ያለው እውቅና ነው። የፕላቲኒየም አሸናፊዎች የፈጠራ ድንቅ ሥራዎች፣ የአእምሯዊ ፈጠራ ወሰን ምስክሮች ሲሆኑ የዲዛይነሮቻቸውን ወደር የማይገኝለት ሙያዊነትና ብልህነት ያሳያሉ። እነዚህ ዲዛይኖች የአንድን ዘመን ሥነ ውበት የሚወስኑ፣ ለማኅበረሰብ ደህንነት የሚያበረክቱ እና የኪነ ጥበብ፣ የሳይንስ፣ የዲዛይን እና የቴክኖሎጂ ድንበሮችን የሚያስፋፉ እጅግ የታወቁ ሥራዎች እንደሚሆኑ ይጠበቃል። Ormankoy Community Centre የማህበረሰብ ማዕከል ከፍ ያለ የላቀነት ደረጃ ያሳያል፤ በጠቃሚና ዋጋ ባላቸው ባህሪያቱም ዓለምን ያለ ጥርጥር የተሻለ ቦታ ያደርጋል። Ormankoy Community Centre የማህበረሰብ ማዕከል ፍላጎትን የሚቀሰቅስ፣ የሚያነሳሳ፣ የሚያስደስት እና ታላቅ ደስታን የሚፈጥር የA' Design Award የፕላቲኒየም ሽልማት አሸናፊ ሥራ ነው።

- ልዩ ባህሪያት
- Wooden shell forms the building's characteristics. Wide glazed façades expand the indoor spaces to nature.
Within the project area there are 2 ponds in different levels. Water quality of both ponds intended to be potable water. The use of hard chemicals has been avoided to ensure the safety of the guest's pets as well as the surrounding wildlife.
Wooden claddings which is expected to change its colour and texture in time - as seen in the seasonal changes of the forest- are used both in indoor and outdoor façades. - መለያዎች

- Steel frame structure is what gives the unique shape of the building. From ground to 3rd basement levels, steel structure sits on concrete beams which spans over 18 meters above pool space.

- Design is an abstraction of surrounding natural environment.
It's aimed to establish an intersection between Ormankoy Community Centre and the surrounded natural park with addition of biological pond which is 4000 sqm in size.
Compared to the natural park level, project building is located on the peak of the land which gives the opportunity of both to see and comprehend the natural park better and also to be seen and comprehended at the same time. - የፕሮጀክት ጊዜ
