W One በታይዋን፣ ታይቹንግ የሚገኝ የመኖሪያ ሕንፃ ነው። ንድፉ የታይዋን ቡሌቫርድ እና የሜፕል ጋርደንን የአካባቢ ባህሪ የሚያንፀባርቅ ነው። የጣሪያው ቅርፅ እንደ መለያ ምልክት ሆኖ የሚያገለግል ሲሆን የቴክኖሎጂ እና ዘላቂነት ያለው አረንጓዴ ከተማ ግብን ያንፀባርቃል። የመጀመሪያው ወለል ከአካባቢው ክፍት ቦታ ጋር የተገናኘ ነው። ትልቅ ፐርጎላ ያለው የጣሪያ የአትክልት ስፍራ ለነዋሪዎች የጋራ መቀመጫ ክፍል ሆኖ ያገለግላል። ክፍት እና አረንጓዴ አቀማመጡ ለንዑስ ሞቃታማ የአየር ንብረት ተስማሚ ነው። የቦታው ስፋት 1707.5 ካሬ ሜትር ሲሆን አጠቃላይ የወለል ስፋቱ 20805.2 ካሬ ሜትር ነው።

- The first floor can be associated with the surrounding open space. The roof garden with the gigantic pergola can turn into a living room for the residents. Such an open and green regionality with a subtropical climate is more serviceable and down-to-earth.

The performance of individual project is just to breath through this structure and to carry out its unique regionality, thus accentuating the feature of new urban center combined with the regional innovative atmosphere.
