Oor Atlas And Pleione Ondergrondse Luukse Villa's

Dit is 'n kompleks van twee ondergrondse villa's en 'n ondergrondse gastehuis. Atlas Villa is 30 meter van die see, en Pleione Villa is 50 meter weg. Die minimalistiese ontwerp van al die villa's, die streng argitektoniese lyne, die groen dakke, en die lang vensters verenig funksionaliteit, luuksheid, en volhoubaarheid vlekkeloos. Die landgoed spog met 'n unieke, omgewingsvriendelike ontwerp, pasgemaakte interieurs, en drie uitgestrekte swembaddens.

Navorsing
The main research that had to be done it was about the subterranean houses design and development. We had to study very well the way the houses should be designed in order to have the right insulation, ventilation and in the meantime to provide the right functionality. We collected data from European isolation experts, we exchanged ideas with companies that participated in Leed and other green developments and we cooperated with certified companies in order to get the best quality materials.
Inspirasie
The inspiration for this project came from the global necessity to design and develop properties that respect the environment. Our main goal was to design a luxurious and unique residential project that provides healthy and functional living, sustainability, and is environmentally friendly. Unique design, natural materials, subterranean houses that blend with the surroundings, rocky oceanfront plots, and more, were some of the challenges we had to face while designing and developing this project
Projekduur
The project started December 2019 and finished August 2022.
