Several small scale trails were made with different travertine and wood types before starting the production of large scale products.
- Navorsing
- Many sketches, computer models and small-scale models were made to optimize the overall dimensions, to decide on different dimensions for the steps that create the various surfaces on the pieces. Later through an interaction with the local craftsmen, the details regarding surface operations and assemblage joinery were decided using prototypes.
- Inspirasie
- Arkhe Collection is a tribute to the beautiful amphitheaters dispersed throughout the Mediterranean geography and to all the history, culture and myths they whisper to our collective consciousness. These visits always left me in awe, giving a larger than life feeling to the mind and soul of that little kid I was back then.
