About Yutaifeng Hotel
Yutaifeng is a resort hotel interior located in Yingshan, China, with a total area of 6,300 square meters. The design is arranged around a central waterscape courtyard and draws on Chinese Jiangnan garden culture. A large dome marks the lobby, while bamboo corridors, corridor corners, tea rooms, restaurants and guest rooms are linked by a garden route along which artworks are placed. Natural materials such as wood and textured paint replace industrial synthetic materials. The lighting reveals light rather than fixtures and is adjusted for different times of day.

- Push open the door of the hotel and walk slowly into the lobby. The huge dome has an oriental aesthetic temperament, with a very contrasting scale, impacting people's visual experience. Passing through the hazy layers, you will find that the wonderful water landscape is hidden behind it. The oriental charm hits you in the face, and the noise of the city has disappeared.

- The designer is committed to studying the application and innovation of Chinese culture in architectural space, expressing the design concept with personalized and unique visual language, and interpreting Chinese cultural elements with new visual communication. Contemporaneity, culture, artistry, integration and symbiosis are used as design language for spatial expression. The inspiration for design is sought from the commonality and collision between tradition and the present, and the spiritual appeal of design culture is sought in the combination of historical memory fragments and current thoughts.

- The hotel is built around a central waterscape courtyard, integrating Chinese Jiangnan culture into contemporary exquisite life aesthetics, and integrating it with architecture, landscape, interior, and humanistic design. Traveling through various areas of the hotel, exploring the perceptual impressions of the garden and scale, and feeling the unique oriental charm and atmosphere, people can experience tranquility and peace in person.

- The project is located in Yingshan, China and was designed in March 2024.
- Operation Flow
- Various works of art are cleverly placed in the carefully planned Jiangnan garden tour route, echoing the designer's hope to present a spatial artistic conception of changing scenery with every step and different emotions in each scene: in the hazy and winding bamboo corridors, in the quiet and elegant corners of the corridors, in the tea room, in the restaurant, at the corners of the staircases, in other aesthetic spaces of life, and even in every guest room, you can feel the presence of art.
