About Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion Sales Center
Hongyang Kaisa Riverside Mansion is a sales center of 697 square meters in Nanjing, China. The interior follows the theme of four waters returning to the hall, in which rainwater from the sloped roof flows from all sides into a central patio. The layout draws on the sequential roofs of traditional Jiangnan houses and expresses Eastern wisdom through modern methods. Materials include metal grids with Chinese patterns, glass bricks, stone and a glass curtain wall. Sunlight through the skylight creates changing light and shadow.

- The theme of the interior design of the sales center is "Four Waters Returning to the Hall"-the rainwater measuring the slope on the roof flows from all sides into the patio, which means that the water gathers the heart of heaven and inherits the philosophical thought of the unity of heaven and man. Refining and optimizing with rational thinking, expressing oriental wisdom with modern techniques, and using the sequential technique of the roofs of Jiangnan houses to create an experience with traditional memories.
