The original structure is protected as a heritage site, thereby having to abide by specific norms and guidelines. A combination of traditional artisanal building methods as well as modern construction were used to achieve the end result.
- Research

- Inspiration
- The conceptual premise is the juxtaposition of colonial and contemporary architecture. The nineteenth century casona was restored, the add on that was built during the 1960s was demolished to give way to the traditional central patio layout.
